Born in Huntsville, Alabama, I’ve been a lifelong creative and have had a few creative professions such as graphic design, calligraphy, and stationery design, but am now excited and relieved to exist in the world of fine art. I received my Bachelor of Fine Art degree at Auburn University in 2010 and currently create out of my home studio near Monte Sano State Park, among my husband, 2 boys, and large fluffy dog. When I’m not working you can find me hiking, cooking, gardening, but mostly wrangling little boys and enjoying time with friends and family.
My creativity has always centered around the natural world. I’m drawn to the ever changing light, form, color, and ethereal state of it all, and remain fascinated by how art and design influence our surroundings and therefore our psychology.
